1 pound ground beef
1 small onion, diced
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 cup water
12 corn tortillas
oil
Toppings of your choice, such as shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, sour cream, and salsa
or a taco seasoning packer for a cheat
here are the instructions for this recipe.
Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it up with a wooden spoon, until browned and no longer pink.
Add the onion and garlic to the skillet with the beef and cook until the onion is translucent.
Add the chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and black pepper to the skillet and stir to combine.
Pour the water into the skillet and stir to combine. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 5-10 minutes, or until most of the liquid has evaporated.
